From what?? See a doctor SOON! In the mean time apply beaten egg yolks to the skin..messy but soothing. Lay on a towel and pat it on gently.....use a small fan if you have one to help dry it off and to cool your backside down. Apply as necessary. Alternatively you can use a light dusting of cornflour (no water or liquids) just pat it on.....It would help to know what started your 'rawness'??????

I get the same problem, and what I've done to relieve it is very simple. I use baby wipes to wipe when I've done my business then use dry toilet paper to dry it off and then use a tiny amount of Petroleum Jelly on it. It helps stop the rawness and soothes any pain associated with it as well.

Maybe some anti-itch cream would help like Keri Lotion or Gold Bond Lotion.
