I like this guy and I used to flirt with him a lot at an after school program. They stopped the program so I don't see him like at all. We both kind of liked each other but never said anything. Now I could kick myself for not doing anything about it but I don't know what to do anymore.

well you are saying after school so you must be in the same school, when you see him give him a welcoming smile and go and say hi and tell him why dont i see you lately what have you been up to and the conversation will flow, for sure in the end you will get to have each others n.o and i am sure 100% because you were into the same activity and like each other and if it didnt come from him you could say well give me your n.o so we could keep in touch, believe me it will not differ if you or him take the n.o when you get to know each other because in the relationship you will be better because you were more prominent by asking n.o and good luck

well what you gotta do is is find out were you can hang out with him, so you can spend lots of time together. The start trying to talk to his friend so that they can get him to ask you out. a girl got me like that once so it should work.
