I'm fluent in English, Italian, and Tagalog (from the Philippines).
I can also converse in Thai (from Thailand), and I know a lot of phrases and words in Japanese, Chinese, Korean, and Malay.

Yes, I can speak / read / write English as my first language, I can speak / kinda read Dutch and kinda french because we learn it in school. When I get to highschool [ next year ] I wanna take Spanish!

Yes, I speak Esperanto. That's very different. Other languages, like Spanish, German, Russian or Arabic, will take you years to become fluent. Esperanto will take only months. Other languages will give you people to speak to from one or a few places. Esperanto will give you people to speak to from all over the world. Give it a try.
