hi, i will be in nyc next sat for a hockey game, i want to know if they have a bar area that i could eat/drink since i will be by myself. It would be an early lunch, around 11 to avoid the night crowd.

Yes, they do, but...Red Lobster...REALLY?? I mean, my friend Les is the bartender there...I don't want to knock it...but...REALLY?? There are SOOOOO many better options. Get on citysearch.com and look for pubs in Midtown...much better options.

If the game is at Madison Square Garden, there are some restaurants right there - you don't have to go to Times Square. There is a Blarney Rock on 33nd Street (between 6th and 7th Avenue). American Burger - corner of 32nd and Sixth - excellent burgers and chicken sandwiches - variety of toppings, self service. Many Korean restaurants on 32nd between Fifth and Sixth - many serve specially priced inexpensive lunches. There is a food court on the lower level of the Manhattan Mall on 32nd and Sixth. Lots of salad bars with upstairs seating in the area.

If it's 11am, I doubt that the place will be THAT packed even though it's NYC ( I could be wrong, but I went to another restaurant in that general area for an early lunch or dinner and it was pretty much dead - good restaurant that's usually packed too.)

Go alone and see if they let ya have a whole table to yourself. That's the benefit of eating alone!

confident he can sue, yet he will lose. and that i'm hoping the choose makes the Robster pay the courtroom expenses. If Robster have been to win, what may be the reward? no longer plenty. right this is why Robster will lose.: crimson Lobster has insurance. to conceal them if somebody steals. If Robster is washing dishes, and a server steals $5,000, the insurance company can deny the declare. The insurance will say, "look, you employed a convict. that's what we call negligent hiring." Now, crimson Lobster pays extra funds to "bond" the robster, yet while RL does not desire to try this, this is their best.

It does have a bar. It will be packed-- it always is. But don't go all the way up there, go to Mustang Harry's:

www.mustangharrys.com

352 7th Ave
New York, NY 10001
(212) 268-8930

It's where everyone goes before and after the game.

oh my god, you're kidding right? you come to new york and go to red lobster??? you can do that in every strip mall in america. go to jimmy's corner at 44th street between 7th and 6th avenues. it's a fun cool dive bar that is mostly known to locals. you'll see everything from co-eds to toothless 50-year-old drunks. it's new york at its finest!
