None of this b/s makes sense to me.
I am a Muslim, but have way to many questions about my own religion. to be honest with you, its not about chosing Islam or Christianity, its about chosing Islam or Science. Islam has taught me great things, but the only thing that doesnt make sense to me is the "FREEWILL" i mean, if God is so great, why not just put us all in heaven.WHY IS HE PLAYING A GAME WITH US? why do we have a choice in the first place. If God exists, I dont want a choice. I mean, if you really think about it, wouldnt it be better if there was no bad/evil, why did God created Evil in the first place. According to most of the religions, so many people will go to hell, but why??????????????? what if they hadn't commmited that crime in the first place.

and I dont even feel God around me. WHY??

and about the science, on the other hand, its got way to many holes and unexplained things.

Hope this isnt lame ,

1. Freewill, it is not just about Good and Evil. It is a good question that the creator, does he have the right to rule over his creation. The suffering we are putting up with is a result of the actions of Satan and Adam and Eve. The made a choice, which was They can run their own life without God. Until God says enough, then this situation we are living in will end. God cannot like, and he does not back down on his promises. The bible says the earth was not made for nothing.

2. Hell and the underworld is a babalylon religion. Since that culture had such a strong influence it is still taught and mixed into other religons. Much of what Islam and the Catholic church did was incorporate that way of thinking to get members into their churches. It is not a Bible teaching.

3. You don't feel God because like anyone else you are not trying possibly to develope an understanding of God. If you try to learn what his personality is , then you may begin to feel someting.

4. Science does have many holes but we are a developing beings. We have been on the earth only a short time. But think of this, Gods word the bible is a communication to us, In his laws, he has taught how to keep ourselves clean from diseases, bacterial, biological problems, social problems, economic problems, and much more. Back in the Bible days they did not know about microbs, But they were told to quarintine people when they got ill. Think that in our time they don't do that, they doctors give you a pill and that is the moder science, No wonder AIDS and other diseases are still spreading.

think about this too, If one man stayed with one woman for a lifetime, would there be aids, also if they stayed away from misuseing blood? (transfusion and such) How many people could be saved just by following those two laws.

wow... talk about conflicted. Ok lets address the evil issue first. God didn't create evil directly. Man created it by exercising our freewill. Now that brings us to the freewill issue. Freewill was not given to man to Play a game with us but rather to perfect our love for him. Since God is good he wanted mankind to have the choice to love him or not.
Freewill is the that choice it is also what contributes to what you call evil and Hell. Actions that take you from God are inherently evil because God is good and he wants you to join him in that goodness but he wants you to want it. Hell is the absence of God for all of eternity. Once you leave Gods grace and you die you can never atone for turning your back and therefore you will never have him in your life. and you will never know the joy that God brings. Now it is the misconception of the interpretation of scripture that causes many people to say that so many are going to hell when in fact it is quite the opposite. More are saved then will go to hell.

You must not have read the Quran, eh? God created us to worship Him in this life. Worship Him meaning that we abide by what He has said in the Quran as well as salat. After we die then the real life begins. This life is nothing but a test of our faith in Him. That is why He hasn't just put us in heaven. And free will is nothing more than us making our own decisions, good or bad. You want things to come easy for you and simply be given to you, but that isn't what life is about. Life is about the struggle within ourselves to become better human beings.

God didn't create evil. We did that through our actions. What is deemed good or evil is according to our man-made societies, and according to our religion which is a part of that society. And sure it would be great if there were not bad/evil in the world. But there is so shoulda/woulda/coulda won't help. God has told us in the Quran that we were created so that we may worship Him and become closer to Him through that. Those people who refuse to do that deserve to go to hell. Who wouldn't want to gain closeness to Allah Almighty, Most Merciful?

You don't feel God around you perhaps because you yourself haven't taken that first step towards Him. He says if you take a step toward Him then He will run towards you (figuratively speaking of course). You get what I mean. Do you pray to attain a closer relationship with Him? Do you talk to Him daily (dua)? Do you read about and know the history of Prophet Muhammad(saws)? Do you ever just sit on your prayer rug and cry in utter surrender to Him?

And about the science, I shouldn't have to tell you this because you're a Muslim. But I will say it anyway - the Quran explains science better than any book I've ever read (and I'm a scientist myself). This link is an ebook that talks about the science in the Quran and it's pretty commonly used: http://www.islam-guide.com/ There is also the book called the Bible, Quran and Science by Maurice Buccaille. That's good too.

If you need more support feel free to seek it from me or from others here who are knowledgeable.

Hope I can help. Please know that Father God is not playing a game. He is very serious. Father God has created a place for those who will love and trust Him completely. To do this humans must have a free will and they must be able to exercise that will. Father God has reached toward His creation so many times and met with rebuttal. He finally came as Jesus Christ and offered the perfect way to Himself. Mankind has a need for love built in and you know this is true because we seek out one another. Mankind was not created to live long in this womb called a body. We know that we are more spiritual that physical. Our mental processes and imagination prove that. If you will seek your Creator, He will find you. This is how I met Him, I am no better than you are. He will treat you the same.

Maybe it's time you take a peek at Buddhism. Buddhism looks at the cold hard reality of the world through an open-minded lens that doesn't tell you to take things on the Buddha's words alone... you're told to think on it yourself and logically tear everything apart. If you tear his words apart with logic and can disprove Buddhism, then I'd say I have no idea what to tell you... but as a Buddhist who's a huge skeptic who tears everything apart with hard thinking... I've not been able to disprove anything the Buddha's said, to date.

We don't believe in the idea of a "creator god" as most religions put one forth, which immediately answers your questions, and you start to understand the wherefores about what's really the cause of all the suffering you see... look for yourself and QUESTION THE ANSWERS... THOROUGHLY.

May you find peace and happiness that is freedom from suffering.

I agree with you about the science of the origin of man. I will never believe in evolution even when the devil deceives the world with his trickery. When he deceived the world with evolution a lot of baby Christians fell away from believing in Christ. But God brought evolutions lies to the surface and let us have DNA to squash evolution.

If you want to feel God around you He tells us "Be still and know that I am God." Get by yourself, quiet, no distractions for hours and ask God to reveal Himself to you. Ask Him to reveal His Son Jesus Christ to you. When we seek God, we will find Him.

Religion isn't about free will. Free will is the ability to choose. Its not about "Do as I say or burn in hell for eternity".

Its kind of like a crazy person with a gun saying that to you. Imagine walking down the street and being attacked by a rapist. The rapist has a gun and says "Have sex with me or I torture you until you die". Is that a choice? No, of course not.

you will get a million opinions,,,,,,,,,,but i think God acutally loves humanity,,,for this search for the realision that is full of love.

"GOD IS LOVE"(ive heard this a 1000 times , its writtin in the Bible, i swear ) and the Bible is full of many words of love of the humanity.

God is not sience. no one can understand the Mighty lord for he is much better and holier than all of us,

i dont care what realision you are in or you will go to. but this is for sure ,,, if you leave islam you will get KILLED, litrary killed. and you know it.

so God loves us and gave us the choice , the freedom to choose between:

love or hate

good or evil

life or death and blood shead.

remember God is love God is Good he loves every one and gave freedom to every one.

satan or the devil( what ever you call him) is bad and evil he hates every one and he wants to harm every one, and he HATES FREEDOM.( the opposite of God)

and who ever you are im concernd on your saftey because as i said ,, you will get killed if you leave Islam. and you know this much than i do. I have studied islam and the arabic language and i know that they will call you a "mortad"( a betraing person) and kill you.

God bless you. and be carefull

If you had 3 children and one was a scientist, one a Christian, and the other a Muslim, which would you like most? They are just children saying to each other, Look at me, Father likes me better than you.
