More than 30, dude. Maybe 30 times in a week.
We lie to ourselves the most often. However, we lie in omission, commission, and accidental.
Omission--not telling the entire truth
Commission--blatantly telling a falsehood
Accidental--saying what we think is the truth only to be wrong (ie: saying you say a Mercury when you actually saw a Mercedes. It was an accident. You thought it was a Mercury.)
Guys lie, too. Chicks are definately not the only ones. Girls lie about different things, though, than guys do.

i think we lie alot more then we admit to but im sure there is a good reason for the lie.. an for the lie every 30 sec is so not true i dont lie to my man like that.. hell i can't remember the last time i told a lie to him .... I have found out that being honest is better then tryin to cover 10000 lies.. So weither it turns out good or not i always tell him the truth now... (about lost him over lies)

in one day? it depends on the girl for me in one day would be about 10-30 between there! but in a year 1200 a little more than that
