Hi! Well, it depends on what you enjoy... If you like italian food, I would say making some sort of pasta with meat sauce, and maybe some mircrowave veetables would be a nice quick 15 minute dinner. If you like mexican..tacos would be a great and quick alternative! You could even add some tomatoes and lettuce and as many sides as you would like. If your kids are picky eaters I would recommend maybe making some microwave chicken nuggets and give them some fresh fruit and milk with that. These are just a few quick yummy and easy suggestion! Hope I helped!! ~Lily

Narchoes!! They're my favourite!!!!! All you do is brown off the mince add mushrooms and sliced onions (Optional) Add a tomato sauce and season. mix well and leave while you arrange the corn chips in a bowl then add some of the mince, sprinkle with grated cheese, then add some more corn chips, then the mince and then cheese. You keep on doing that till you have desired amount. Then place into a warm oven or microwave to melt cheese. Simple and it only takes about 20mins-30mins.

Here's an easy method to bake cube steaks.
INGREDIENTS:
4 Beef Cubes Steaks
Salt and Pepper to taste
Worcestershire Sauce, to taste
PREPARATION:
Makes 4 servings.
Spray a baking dish with Pam; throw in the cubed steak pieces and season with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Place in a 375 oven.

After 15 minutes I turned the pieces over and let cook another 15 minutes.

BOWLERS SPECIAL "FAST DINNER"

2 tbsp. oil
2 cans French cut string beans
2 tsp. minced garlic
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
2 shakes parsley
1 c. potato per person
1/2 c. tomato sauce

Slightly brown garlic in the heated oil. Immediately add grated cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. As soon as you smell the cheese add in the 2 cans of the French cut string beans, water and all. Add in 1/2 can Del Monte tomato sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes, add in the cut potatoes. Cover and cook until potatoes are soft enough to eat. Serve over hard bread, add red crushed pepper if preferred.

trying this website...i love it for finding any kind of recipe!

www.recipezaar.com/

or how about homemade quesadillas? get some flour tortillas, buy grated cheese, or grate your own...whatever kind you like...add any leftover meat such as chicken or beef (cut up or diced) you might have on hand...put the meat and cheese on the tortillas, fold them over and brown each side in a buttered frying pan.

How about a recipe that shows you care about your health, the earth and animals? Skip the animal carcass for dinner and vow this new year to not use your stomach as a graveyard for abused animals.
