My blood pressure is on the "low" side of normal, thats what my doctor said (I dont know the exact number).

However, I'm tierd and exhausted all the time, and I fainted at work once (I had no idea why- my doc. said it could have been blood pressure drop).

My doctor seems to have no concern, but I dont want to be tierd all the time (yes, I've had blood tests but they cant find anything wrong).

but how can I make my blood pressure higher, I dont want to be tierd all the time
