It sounds like a maxillary sinus perforation. Unfortunately a risk with some upper extractions.
Contact your dentist or oral surgeon immediately. It won't close by itself - you require a small surgical procedure.

Some people have roots of their upper teeth that extend into the sinus cavity. You can see them on the x-ray. It is entirely possible you have a temporary hole into that cavity.

Call your dentist to address any questions. They should be happy to take care of any questions or complications. (It's part of the big bucks you paid them for the extraction)

Good luck, Gary!

I agree with Dr. Matt W. You should call your dentist right away. If you pass air true the hole it is sound like it You may have an open maxillary, has to be closed with a surgery. I work in a dental office.

I would call the doctors office and discuss the issue with them. When I had surgery on my upper palette a suture came out and should have been replaced but I did not know it.

i does not concern approximately reducing your femininity with that tattoo or the different tattoo. Your femininity is controlled by potential of you and your strikes, no longer some ink on your thigh. i think of it may be cool.
