There is this guy I really like and he knows it!!! Today I called his cell phone and he answered all excited saying, "Hello and my name", Do you think if he didn't like me he wounldn't have taken my call, but instead he knew it was me calling and picked up the phone. Also I just sent him a photo of me. What do you think?

Guys like sex. If he knows you like him, and he likes you, he'd ask your for your number and call you. They believe girls who throw themselves at guys are easy. Therefore, he likes you because he believes you'll have sex with him.

This really is not enough information. He might have picked up the phone without looking at who was calling. If you go out with him, and he pays for movies, dinner or some such, he likes you. Don't smother him/call 24-7. It will scare him away.
By the tone and content of your question, I would think you are no more than 16 years old. If so, good! Fun time in your life.
If you are much older than 16, grow up and act your age.

I think he may like you , when guys don`t like a girl they usually try to avoid her but he picked up the phone and knew it was you so there might be a chance he likes you XD good luck

He is interesting, if he is a shy person, he likes you too, if he isn't and has experience with other girls, then wait for him to make a move.
