There's no default right or wrong personality. Just be yourself. It's a hard age because you're transitioning from being a kid to being a teenager but you're not quite either. Just do what makes you happy and above all find close friends who you have fun with and know you can count on rather than selling yourself short with people you think will make you "cool." Honestly, with good friends you can't go too wrong.

Innocent, hesitant, awkward, confused . . . such is life when the hormones you don't yet know how to cope with start complicating things. Try to play it cautious, take things slow. Delay is better than making a fool of yourself, right?
If at all possible, concentrate on your school work and let the social stuff take a back burner, simmering slowly. You'll eventually have better relationships for taking your time.

this is a stupid question, no offense. not all 13 years olds are supposed to have the same personality. just be yourself. it's not like when i turn 18 in May i'm going to be like "how do 18 year olds act?"..no i'm gonna be like I'm still me. SO just act like yourself because youre not supposed to confirm your personality to other peoples personality.

be yourself thats it and im 13 myself and im a little mature for my age but that had to do wiht responsibility so dont worry about it and ofcoursee u act differnetly in frontof guys that u like but forget that and be yurselff

be whoever you want to be. I'm 13 as well, and everyone is different. some of my frends are maturing much faster than me, and others are maturing slower. it's all different jason. it's alright to be interested in guys right now and stuff. just be who you are, don't let anyone tell you who to be like or how to be it.

Just be yourself. Why are you asking HOW you should be? There isn't a certain way you should be or act...just be yourself. Nobody likes a fake!
