ya think? if he is the father then there should be no problem getting a test done. if she won't allow it he could take her to court and get it court ordered....then she will have to comply or go to jail!

Not necesarrily, can you imagine your relationship with a person being so good at one point and you two make a child... everything is going fine until he meets some chick and now he wants a paternity test... come on, you would be pissed if the tables were turned... she may feel betrayed by the guy... you dont know what he's told her when the two of them are together, for all you know he could have been the picture perfect father... she may be suprised, hurt, angry...

Probably, but she could just be insulted. However, if she knows he is the father and he is willing to pay for the test she should have no problems getting the test done. If she absolutely refuses to even talk about it there maybe some doubt on her part.

He should always make sure it is his child before paying child support, once he's paid, that's if he is paying, it's hard to get the money he had paid due to false pretense. She could be lying or be shocked at the fact that he could think that she stoop so low to find a father for her child. Get the test done.

its a posability but if shes not it was probably shock that he dared ask her for something like that, but asking for a paternity test is great on your boyfriends part, at least he will know the answer, good luck

Depends on what you mean by freaking out. If she got pissed off, she might just think he is a jerk for asking her when he knows it is his. Never know.
