Roxio Easy Media Creator. Works fine for me.
There is also one made by Sonic, but I think Roxio works better.

i use ashampoo burning studio 6 easy interface and good results.

i use dvd decriptor to burn my dvd's. i think this gives me a better burn than nero does, go to http://filehippo.com to download (you can also get dvd shrink there),
