In short no. If your husband is active military and your place of declared residence is Alaska you do not need to change your tags. You do however need to send to Alaska to renew them annually...

Just to follow up with the great answer the other poster gave, be sure to have a copy of something in the car stating you (and he) are military if you dont have the military sticker on the car (truck).
