Welcome to the club. I'm sure it was probably inappropriate. But I have posted some good jokes and they have gotten erased also. But that joke had 21 people who loved it. So go figure. It's what "Answers" decides to do with it. Unless you got alot of thumbs down.
I just don't know. But we all have been there and it's no fun.

Basically when you put a question which doesn't seem like a question. They remove it....it was done to my very first question too i put it like "A joke for you" it was removed few hours later. As reason was given its neither a question nor an answer.
Try to put such language in Headlines which should look like you are posting a question........

If it is gone, it has been reported.Apparently it offended someone's delicate and tender heart and/or feelings.. think it thru, was the joke racist, offend gays, offend non smokers. offend left handed orthadontists who have recently had their tonsils removed. Maybe you offended gay unwed lesbian indian terrorists against nuclear energy. No telling who gets offended these days huh? What was the joke?

because people these days don't have enough humor to take a joke and they probably reported you and your(maybe not funny, offensive, racist,or just plain retarded joke)joke got taken off. or they are just playing a joke on you or they maybe was just bored and felt like reporting someone and they choose you.

because no matter what you say these days, you are offending someone. also, a lot of people havent learned the art of being able to laugh at themselves. I dont know how they get thru life with out humor. but political correctness is a very humorless business.
