There is not realy any way of knowing. The Mormon churches figures are 'cooked'. They count membership numbers by the number of baptisms performed, but they don't discount them when a member decides to leave the church - so according to the church it is growing and growing. When in reality, for ever sucker that gets baptised somewhere, 2 or 3 are leaving somplace else.

According to the Church Almanac, there were 180,095 members in the United Kingdom at the close of 2004, and 21,247 in Italy.

Currently, there are about 13 Million members of the church, about 6 Million in the United States.
