Marmite is an absolutely brill ingredient, a great one is in yr spag bol, it gives a really rich taste, the same in beef casseroles or stroganoffs. If yr a celery fan its the perfect compliment, textures and flavours work well, snack wise marmite is tricky, but use it to enhance any meat dish, oh and its a very good alternative to salt in certain things, alot healthier but have the same affect.

French toast - yum. Beat one egg, coat two slices of white bread in the egg then fry until golden brown on either side. Once cooked spread with butter and marmite.

Delicious in a butter sauce for white fish like haddock. Fry the fish add plenty of butter once nearly cooked and add a little marmite/vegemite. Sounds weird and a bit gross but tastes amazing!

Mixed in with baked beans! ...on toast, with cheese on top. Or on a jacket potato!

It's good as a dip with bread sticks too.

I also put marmite in soups, casseroles, pasta bakes... It's very versatile :)
