seriously I really don't have and idea but what I've seen to my wife she's a bit busy combing her hair as if she has period she thinks she will look ugly that maybe one observation. second you can smell her a bit there is a difference even she has perfumes on her. But the best thing I can advice you is to treat her more nice even if she has period or not so that she can feel your love and concern for her.

ok being a girl i know its very difficult on your period, the cramps, headachs, and you totally just dont feel yourself. if shes acting a bit moody, such as sick (cramps), maybe doesnt feel as sexy as usual, getting major headachs, and i guess just not what she usually is then i wouldnt doubt that shes on her period. thank god it only lasts for one week, then shes back to normal. if she is on her period i would try to treat her with care and really say kind words! its not that we mean to bite the head off of the next person, we just cant help it. just try to put yourself in her shoes. Talk about her day, how shes been, what she's thinking. And most definatly tell her she is gorgious even if shes not, sometimes we all have our off day, bad hair day, parents aggrivate us, bad test score, bad class. just do your thing!

Yeah, she'll be more irritable and angry/moody, she might hide it around you sometimes, but there's a good chance she will ***** to her friends. That is what I do, lol. Then again, it's different for every girl, some get barely any pain or anything, if so, she's a lucky one. =)
And like everyone else here is saying: don't fricken ask! That will make her so mad.

when i was student teaching, all the teachers joked that if another teacher takes her purse to the bathroom you know it's her time so watch out! haha...i say if she acts like her normal self and there's no major change in behavior, no problem! be fortunate and...treat her 'extra nice' all the time cuz she deserves it and you will get that niceness back in return :)

u might have to ask her.
thats prob the best way and it will make you to closer.
but she will be really sensitive about everything.
she will be jealous bout every girl
she will be sarcastic more.
u should really really pay attention to her
for a couple of months.
and u will noticed a diff in her when shes on it.
but u should just ask her.
and can be cute bout it and say ur really embarrassed but u
want to kno when she starts.
and she will prob tell u while laughing.

Well all I can say is, watch out for mood swings....because thats probably the most obvious thing to look out for. Just one tip....never ask her if shes on her period, that just pisses off most girls.

I think the easiest way to tell would be if she's bloated or not.Not all girls get bloated, but some do.If she's bloated for a week or so,then you know she's on her period.

Check her wastebasket in the apartment/house she lives in for signs of packaging for tampon devices.
