what are the best things about standard poodles? How are there temperment and personalities? Do they do well indoors with outdoor excersise?

These dogs are highly intelligent and one of the most trainable breeds.
A long-lived breed, Poodles are, nevertheless, subject to many genetic diseases.
Standard Poodles are relatively inactive indoors.
Poodles are not demanding as far as exercise goes. They however, will keep in better spirits and be fitter if given regular opportunities to run and play off the leash in a safe area.
Extensive grooming is needed.

I grew up with a standard poodle. Generally, they are very smart... one of the most intelligent breeds. They are easy to train, and they don't shed.

Standard poodles are very smart!!!!!!!! They don't shed and are pretty friendly.

It's the perfect dog for a girly girl. And they are very smart. (Smarter than some people I have met.)although they do require a lot of grooming.
