common sence would say light but practice is where it really matters, for some reason when I starting using zero brand boards I got a little higher on my ollies same weight as my other board don't know, some people say the board can make the differance but i dout it cause I get the same with my blank board. Once you get better at it you don't even notice until you try for a high grind and hit that tall rail I know I was shocked after I did it just keep practicing.

A light board will get you more pop, less effort to push than a heavier board.
