It takes awhile but you can speed it up on high for awhile (I'll explain that later). Reesa's Stew

Lean stew meat
1 jar of 3 or 4 cheese speg. sauce
1/4 to 1/2 jar of chunky veg. or garlic etc. speg. sauce
onions chopped
garlic cloves chopped
a bit of water
purple cabbage(chopped)
1 Cup of medium Barley (uncooked)
baby carrots
Put in the meat 1st then the sauces and onions and garlic add a bit of water too. Put on high for 1 hour (Each hour on high equals 2 hours on low) so you can leave it on high for 2 hrs which will double the total cooking time to 4 hrs so far. Add the Barley during the last 2 hours of cooking and add the cabbage and carrots during the last hour. You can switch from high to low if you want after the 1st 1 or 2 hrs. Total cooking time should be no less then 6 hrous (however you do it). Quckly stir it around when adding the veggies during the last hour and add a bit more water if nec. Never have the lid off for more then a few seconds as it loses heat very quickly. You can also make a peanut butter chicken dish with peanut butter and soy sauce added to the chicken. Cook long enough to throughly cook the chicken, ENJOY!!!!

Boston Market Chicken

Put all of this into a crock pot and let it sit for at least 3 hours:

Frozen chicken breast (not thawed!)
Can of Cranberry Sauce
Packet of Lipton's French Onion Soup Mix

Let it sit, and stir at least once...Its great

I would go with chili or stew; you can always use a crockpot for those:
