they say ladies of a certain age should never wave goodybye. and they were right!
i hate these flabby bits under my arms, what the best exercise to get rid of them? please help!

Try doing some tricep push ups. This is much like a normal push up but your hands are in line with your shoulder, you should feel it on the back of your arm. It may be hard to start with but the tricep is much stronger than the bicep so keep at it even if you do just 5 a day to start with. You will notice the difference in next to no time.

sorry forgot to say... make sure you keep those elbows tucked in.

There are loads of great excercises for this part of your body. Yoga and Pilates are great in getting rid and toning your whole body but I lost my bingo wings by doing plenty of yoga.

As someone else said resitance training is also great too

Good luck getting rid they are a real pain aren't they?

resistance training.

i started doing weights at the gym on thursday and my arms are already toning up.
if you cant get to the gym use 2 tins of soup or beans and use them as weights whilst you watch tv

also press-ups help loads and so does swimming.

Swimming is good for toning muscle or a few curls with small weights
