Honestly...if it were poo, the question would not have been asked.
Dogs do many things, now we must contemplate what a person may step in, physcially or metaphorically, before we can come to a conclusion.
A dog eats, a dog sleeps, a dog chases cats, a dog digs holes, a dog makes waste.
The most obviouse is the dogs waste.
When dogs and cats fight, people usually sepearate the fight, stepping into the situation. A fight?
Dogs drewl, but I can't see how one can step into drewl, in any sence.
Dogs fetch? Dogs play? Dogs...I don't know...the answer will be interesting.

Either its dig a hole that a human trip on or poop and the human steps on. But i think this riddle is more complicated than it looks.............is it. I think its a trick question.

My dog always sits next to me where i don't see her, or on my way while I'm moving around, then when you hear her cry, you know what it means "I've stepped on her foot"
then I blame her and said to her, "it's your fault, you're always on my way" . .
If it's wrong then this is interesting. . . .you make people go crazy trying to find the right answer. but it's fun though.
