science

science should not be brought up as something that is related (whether it agrees or opposes) to religion

science is not against religion, science is a result of human intelligence and curiosity, i've said that way too many times, i don't understand why religion wants to hinder human advancement, science has nothing to do with your set of values or views

i'm an agnostic

Daniel had science and belief in God, why can't any one be as Daniel?

Daniel wrote the book of Daniel that is in the bible, he was educated enought to learn whatever other language was required of him and to know religion and science and he did not bow down to religion and there by he would have been in trouble if there
had been no God, but there was, and his book is among those of the O.T.

Dan.1:4 Children in whom was no blemish, but well favoured, and skilful in all wisdom, and cunning in knowledge, and understanding science, and such as had ability in them to stand in the king's palace, and whom they might teach the learning and the tongue of the Chaldeans

If some one is in any field of science, why can't he be as Daniel?

I'm not into this non-overlapping magestria thing, religions make scientific claims about the universe which either are downright false or cannot be proven, so science.
