with 13 it is very importend that the food you use is flexibel and alot of vegatable and less colydrate to get in. Eat more times a little and drink 2 liters of water. After 8 p.m. nothing eat anymore.Start with zero kolydrate the first week and make every week later some kolydrate more till you have 70 by day.The drinking of water is too very important.2 liter by day between. And sporting too, very good

running, walking. for boys, pushups and situps. pushups increase your upper arm strength so you don't have flab and situps workout your abs for a six pack. do at leats 10 puships and 20 situps everyday for a long time.at my school they offer rock climbing which works you out very well and we run the mile every week. just don't go bodybuilder on anyone. running is good excercise, too.
another good tip is to drinkwater every hour becaus eif you wait until you are thirsty, you are already dehidrated.

getting involved in some sport would be good. If that's not an option, riding a bicycle or taking martial arts lessons would, too. there's really not enough information for "right" answer.

My mother wanted to put me in dance, but I choose Tae Kwon Do! It was great! I met many people boys and girls my age, and I learned self defense. I really wish I had stuck with it, coulda made black belt.
