When I start something I don’t complete it. I usually give up on it. So does anyone have any tips so that I can stay on my cooking project??

Lists. Seriously. I used to do this at work. The minute I walked in the door I'd start a list for everything that had to be done by 5 p.m. when I opened. It had things on it like "Wash potatoes, boil eggs, stock the coolers, do the inventory, place the order, wrap the potatoes, peel the eggs, make dressing, make salads, stock salad bar, do the beer order..." Then when one thing was done I could cross it off.

It's even more useful if you can order your list of things that must be done first, things that can be started but don't have to be finished immediately, and very last things to do.

It's a great sense to see your daily list completely crossed off.

I'm assuming you make different things on this "cooking project." In order to stay on it (i would think) try making things that you'll enjoy like treats, or things that taste good. If they give you recipes on this project add a little something (that you may like) to this meal like garlic, chocolate chips, sauce, or something that makes it taste good. Cookie dough always tastes good (until you bake it) hehe so you could make things with that. Just enjoy yourself, and you'll stay on it. Good luck, and have fun!

If this project means alot to you think about how it will feel when your all done and it's completed. You'll feel so good that you finally finished what you been trying to do for so long! ENJOY
