Well...I never know what to have in my lunch. I brown-bag it a lot, and buy lunch rarely. (I like it this way) I'm into mild foods such as: turkey sandwhiches, chips, snacks, and a small caeser salad. Besides a sandwhich (with other things on the side) , or a salad what else could I tell my mom to make for me. She has a problem so she can't put a lunch together for me without me telling her what to put in it. If you could give me some simple lunches (with a recipe and ingredients) I could have her make I would really appreciate it. I am a mild, easy eater so no really complicated things. I like snack-type things.

Stroll the cereal bar aisle. A snack suggestion found with bars is: Kellogg's Granola Munchems (Brown Sugar & Cinnamon). Another suggestion is a Kashi Bar -any flavor.

Add a fruit: suggestions apple, banana or orange.

Cold Pasta salads with no mayo make a good main dish lunch option. Boil some spiral pasta according to package directions. Add some vinegrette dressing and serve. If you'd like to add some more flavor just pick some of your favorite veggies and add into the pasta. Examples may include chopped green and red bell pepper; cucumber and/or radishes.
To add more protein to this simply add canned tuna or chicken

Try a rice salad... the good thing is it can be eaten cold so it's good to take it with you to school or work. Just boil some rice and with it add tuna, tomatoes, olives, onion, olive oil, mayonnaise and other things you like. It's very easy and it doesn't take much time to prepare. It is healthy aswell.
