Be careful if you pray for or desire to learn patience. God has longsuffering ways to teach you. There is no quick way to learn patience that I know of.

Learn to relax and meditate. Calm yourself down and you will learn patience. Getting rid of stress also helps.

and the only way....
suffering through things.
I learned that, if you have patience, things will change.
I also learned patience waiting upon the Lord to answer prayer.
He does that in His time, not mine.
