Limewire will download stuff from the p2p network, but you will need to follow whatever steps your PDA offers to copy content from the PC to the PDA...

1. limewire.com
2. get basic version
3. click on install/run/save
4. it will become an icon on your desktop
5. you must be on the internet to use
6. use search ingines to find what you want
7. it is very simple
