Is he even a cop to begin with? Anyone can be broke. I could be a millionaire and be broke the next day. Depends on how the person spends their money and if there is any debts that they owe. OR the cop could be soliciting to the local prostitutes which drove him broke.

I sure do widh that you would have elaborated JUST A BIT on this one. But hell yeah, a cop can be broke jsut like anyone else can be broke. The big question is "WHY" is he broke? Is he broke b/c well we all know police are ex\tremely underpaid and overworked, may of police officer I work with (I am an asst. D.A.) have off duty private security jobs, just ot make ends meet. If he is broke b/c he has paid for kid sto go to private school or to college, of paid off his house or has alot of peopel to supposrt on his salary, then that is one thing. If he is broke b/c he does not knwo how to manage mpney or has a vice, such as gambling, well dear that is another whole story.

I am very curious> WHY DO OYU WANT TO KNOW THIS, PLEASE ELABORATE

YEs he can because what they pay them to risk their lives everyday is not much. ANd on top of that they have to get insurance and that's expensive, and all other bills. ANd sometimes when they go out they have to pay for it too. SO yes almost anybody can be broke whether you know how to handle money or not. It just depends on the situation your in.

cops don't make that much money. they live paycheck to paycheck like everyone else. unless they are real good at managing money. and that is something everyone should learn to do.
