If you supervisor will not stop the actions then you need to report it to her supervisor and if necessary file a complaint with the human resources department. No one has to work in a hostile working enviroment and I'm sure the human resources department will investigate the situation.

Check your personnel policy and make sure that they have a anti-harrassment policy and the procedures on how to report harrassment. The complaint can be filed as a group effort or individually.

The supervisor is not doing her job. She should be making sure that everyone has a safe, sound working environment and if she refuses to do anything then she is derelict in her responsibilities and should be terminated.

Are you sure that the supervisor really understands the situation? It's possible that he or she sees the bullying, but doesn't see the harm that it's doing.

You and your coworkers should draw up a list of specific bullying instances and approach the supervisor as a group, in a non-confrontational way. Tell him or her that the situation is affecting your work and can't go on. You should also file your grievances with HR.

If there are formal complaints on record, from multiple people, the higher-ups at a company are much more likely to do something.

There are safety in numbers. If a group goes to the Higher ups, well this will look very bad on your supervisor. I use to work for a company and well the supervisor was a bully and well a group went to the owner and she got fired

You never know, and I'm not kidding here the bullies could be related to the supervisor, or getting in the business and revenue for the company, so they can just ignore it, because they are a benefit to the company. Ask yourself these questions, and you'll see.
