Your face shape looks rounded at the cheeks and although this is a cute style your features would in my opinion look much more attractive if you: I am only going by the picture.
1.cut your bangs so they are thick across your forehead just at your eyebrows to bring more attention to your eyes. This also widens your narrow forhead.
2. Your wide cheeks are further widened by hanging your hair straight down. Instead, pull the sides of your hair back behind your ears. This will take away the appearance of wide cheeks.
Why don't you try this and take another picture? Maybe you can do a before and after picture for us?

i think your highlights are good. it gives some depth and lightness to your hiar without looking too streaky which is hard to do with brunette and i would go maybe a little bit shorter. your length is ok as it but going a little bit shorter and bring more hair towards your face look nice. you want to make sure you are not going too much shorter or it would not mesh with you face shape. also i think you should get some blow dried sideswept bangs because it could add so much needed voluem. I know NIcole Richie is alot younger but think of her when she add the curls and those side swept bangs. it added volume to her very thin hair.

The highlights are fine, but I think going a little shorter would work great with your face. Have fun!!

I think your hair looks good as is..I think going shorter would look good..not too short...maybe like an inch..but I think you would look great with some bangs! I think bangs would just make your whole look pop.

you should take the hightlights away so you could bring out the brown in your hair and cut it a little shorter
