Hi, they can become more affectionate when they are pregnant - sometimes they have morning sickness (at any hour of the day) and they will definately stop calling (or coming into season). Sometimes this is the easiest way to tell - espeically if your cat has been calling regularly & at short intervals up to now.
My Siamese's nipples never really pinked up when she was pregnant - they become more prominent but seemed to be more a pearly white in colour - usually they are fleshy toned & they were definately more prominent.
From about five weeks on their bellies start to gently swell.
There's lots of websites out there that might give more help ...

Hope these help

No there is no risk to the mom's life due to her brother being the father. Everything you need to know you can learn from your vet. As well, you could still get her spayed and then you wouldn't have to worry about a pregnant cat or kitten, but this is up to you. I'd get her to the vet for a check up and ask while you're there about taking care of her while she's pregnant and raising the kittens.

If her nipples seem larger and her belly keeps getting bigger she may be pregnant. Was she with a male cat? Why isn't your cat fixed?

to tell your cat is pregnant, feel her stomach! If it is firm, then there is a strong possibility that she is pregnant! Her nipples will become more visible than normal and her mood will change!

Take her to the vet and ask. Has she been near a male. If she is not pregnant consider taking her in for neutering

IF SHE IS MORE affectionate THAN USUALLY AND HER BELLY IS BIGGER THERE IS A GOOD CHANCE YOU CAN ALSO TRY PUTTING YOUR FINGERS ON HER BELLY AND IF YOU FEEL LITTLE KICKING THEN IT IS FOR SURE SHE IS GOING TO HAVE KITTENS
