She gave me a huge compliment. I don't know if it was just a flirt or if she likes me. So i gave her a compliment back, saying that i think that she's a gorgeous looking woman. she said that i made her day. Now, I have no idea what to do next. I do not want to be pushy and It is not really appropriate to ask her out since we work together. but the fact is that I think about her a lot and I want her. any smart idea how to let her know that i really like her, or how to capture her heart??? If she gave you a compliment then she is probably interested! But don't jump the gun! It depends on what she said too you. And how she said it..I have guy friends that I compliment and don't at all like then like that! And some...well many think I do and ask me out or say things to me and I feel bad saying no...But is she does then she will do it again...and then say something like..."Yea we should get a drink sometime." if she is all weirded out then play cool and throw in quickly...We (meaning friends) are going to be out this weekend and there is a bunch of us so I thought I would throw an invite your way"..That way you just saved your ***! Your not 'creeping' and any girl would take it as you are interested but does he like me or just being nice?! thing too you! Good Luck!

Well you took the first step! Continue to spend some time with her and flirt with her. She will show you if she is interested by her reactions. So far it sounds like you are on a winning track. Her reaction was receptive. Go for it!

When you really want someone you can not just show one form of interest to convince anyone. You have to add the smile, the eye gaze, more flirting..give us more so we know..then there is nothing to figure out.

I'd say crack a joke to her (a good one, though) then later on before one of you leaves ask for her number and actually call her. That'll let her know you're interested. ;]
