It's really wierd but um sometimes when i do something i keep imagining like if someone was there watching me do it and then asks "why did you do that?". And i'm scared that will actually happen and i wont know what to say at the moment. Like if i put the shampoo bottle in one place i imagine them saying "why couldn't you put it over there?" What the hecc is wrong??? I hate this!!!!!

I think you should talk with your doctor about a possible anxiety disorder.
This isn't typical behavior, and feeling like you have someone looking over your shoulder all the time is no way to live.

So then you're problem is what to say. You're scared of answering. When people ask you something not your imaginary friend(sorry), you freeze, you don't know what to do, you know the answer but you cant say it. Maybe you're afraid of what they'll answer you. Well I think that's you're problem. If it really bothers you go to the doctor maybe he'll tell you something better. Good luck. Oh by the way you could the shampoo bottle where ever you want and if your imaginary friend keeps on bothering you just ask I'll go kick his @$$. Hope you get better.

Megan G and Mustlovedogs said it all and now they gave you the answer may be you should see a doctor. If you feel embarrassed don't worry there really isn't much that'll surprise a doctor they heard every thing. The doctor will will explain to you it's a chemical imbalance in the brain and give you some meds.

You seem to be a little paranoid. This is not necessarily a bad thing. It sounds like you are really worried about doing anything wrong. It kind of makes me wonder if you have not been abused in some manner. Just try to relax a little. If you would like to talk about it go ahead and send me an IM.

I'll tell you what was told me one time about being afraid of something happening, "what if's are only in your head", and if you carry on a conversation with this kind of thinking, then you need to find something else to take your mind off of what you are thinking about. It also sounds like you might have Impulsive/compulsive/obsessive disorder. Esp. if you continue to think about all these things, and you can't pull yourself out of your thoughts. I'd go to a doctor and find out for sure. There is medication for this.

You may not even realize it but you are probably thinking of some specific person who actually does this to you -- questions everything you do and/or say. If that is the case, deal with the person and his/her questions, when you are with him/her. Or, perhaps there is a question or questions that is/are bothering you, in regard to your own life or that of someone you know and love. Deal with it an the problem will go away.

I don't know why you do that, sounds like paranoia, obsessive complusive disorder or disorganized thinking. A suggestion, if this ever does happen, politely say "I put my things where I want to. This is my home." Try to make yourself stop thinking about it, and if you can't, go see a physician. There are meds to stop it.

Just tell them to shut the hell up and that you'll put the shampoo bottle wherever you damn well want to.
