It is possible, if you have 2 network cards and say cable and DSL. However, the trick is getting the operating system to use both connections at the same time. There is a piece of software known as Midpoint that is supposed to make the machine use all of your broadband connections.

Another way to do it would be to get a residential gateway. It is like a router, but it has 2 or more WAN ports.

as the other guys said ,only if you have 2 phone lines installed, but thats were i may be able to halp you mate
a while ago i was given a fax,and while asking b.t about receiving calls for it they said i could have a second line for £5 per quarter
this includes a second number so in pratice i could be speaking to someone in one room and my wife could be using the second line to speak to someone else
so by using the new number you get ,you can set up a 2nd broadband account and service,as they ask for your phone number during registration and as the new one wont be registered as broadband active, you will be ok
just remeber to set up the micro-filters correctly as you must 1)first split the phone line then 2)place a filter on each split then 3)on the 1st filter connect ..your phone and current broadband then on micro-filter 2 connect your new broadband router, and another phone if required
im not sure wether your connection speeds will be affected if you have 2 lines but i shouldnt think so,as big offices and companys use this method and can have up to 10 lines coming in to a office in some cases
another option would be to have more than 1 computer attached to 1 modem/router(using a mix of ethernet and usb)
good luck mate

Don't think so, unless you have another phone line.
