i cant take it were twins and im a girl though and he wont stop he has a pretty hard teper, so hes hard to comunicate when hes mad. i dont get it my mom and dad try to do things to him like get a consular but it wont work any tips ?

Girls mature faster than guys a lot, physically and mentally. (No offense guys....I know some mature guys but most of them were pretty obnoxious for a long time). Give him a bit more time. If he is annoying you, pretend it doens't annoy you. It may take a bit, but eventually he'll realize he's no being amusing and he'll chill a little bit. If you yell at him or get angry whenever he acts immature, he'll just keep it up.
