How do you make a Bermuda Breeze from O'Charleys?

I ordered a Bermuda Breeze from O'Charleys and it was soooo yummy...Does anyone know how to make these?

From a Bartender in Boise

Ingredients

1 oz dark rum
1/2 oz banana liqueur
1/2 oz apricot liqueur
1/2 oz coconut rum
1/4 oz grenadine
1/4 oz honey
1/2 oz lemon juice
1 oz orange juice
1 oz pineapple juice
3-4 ice cubes

In a blender, process ingredients well with a couple of ice cubes. Pour over ice in tall glass. Garnish with orange slices and/or cherry.
