Drivers License Question?

I live in California, and I am currently 17. I turn 18 on 01/13/2007. I got my license on 06/02/2006. When I turn 18, will I be legally entitled to drive passengers?

I thought you would be legal to drive passengers when you got your liscense!

Generally at 18 all restrictions based on age come off.
