Just answered this for another gal...I had to do this last month. Just sit the person down and say "I have something to say to you. I am not asking you to respond or do anything with this information. Just want you to listen and acknowledge what i am about to say. I am in love with you. The ball is in your court and it is up to you wether or not you hit it back." Then leave it alone and see what happens. Good Luck!

The best way is to just come out and say it. Don't waste your time on planning something romantic just to mark the occasion, like dinner and a movie or a date or something. Tell her when you're doing something mundane, but when you have an opportunity to be close, like when you're just cuddling on the couch. Just in case, also be prepared in case she says that she is not ready for that or that she doesn't feel the same way about you. It doesn't mean that the relationship is over. I told my current girlfriend that I loved her before she was ready to feel the same about me, but I continued to let her know that I really did love her, both verbally and just by doing things that I only would have done out of love for someone.

You walk up to him or her with perhaps flowers in your hand. Take the persons hand, look directly in their eyes ( look deep ), and say " I have been in love with you for a long time" . They love a guy who is direct and not affraid to show their feelings.

Verbally.

I'm not trying to be cute but simply telling someone is the easiest way. This way there are no misunderstandings
