If I take in less calories everyday, will I get use to it? Or should I eat until I'm satisfied and maybe substitute it for different foods? Because being hungry bothers me a lot sometimes, even if it's just a little bit of hunger. Im wondering if it's normal when dieting and if I should just deal with it. Thanks.

Ex power lifter and Now been back boxing / training.

Yes its normal and that is a good sign if you feel a tad bit hungry.
What that's telling you is your body is just about to go in to a mode where it will start eating / burning the fat on its self.

I know its hard when you get this feeling to not eat, but that is a very good sign and In all honestly it shows you that you are headed in the right track to getting your body much leaner if you keep up the good work.

With this all said the only way to lose weight is to actually burn more calories then you take in. Calories is a bodies fuel, the more you burn the more you will slim down.

* NOTE TIPS * here is a good trick, make sure you eat small amounts ok when you start to feel hungry allow that hunger to build for a good 1.5 hrs. Then eat a small hand full of peanuts to kill that craving but you must WAIT like I said for a while to allow your body to eat itself.<<<<<< By your body eating itself it will attack the FAT first MUSCLE second. When you have no more fat to eat then it hits muscle so make sure you eat good protein foods like Fish and Chicken along with good carb foods if you are doing a lot of cardio, try to stay away from cheap steak because steak is only about 20 percent protien.

WHOEVER GAVE ME THE THUMBS DOWN IN ALL HONESTLY GROW UP. I CAN TELL YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT NOTHING WHEN IT COMES TO WORKING OUT SO GO TO THE GYM AND START TRAINING YOU MORON.

If you want to lose weight you need to burn more calories. That does not mean eating less. Maybe you walk or bike to school instead of driving, you park a little further at the mall, walk to friend's house, walk for groceries, ect. Any that burns more calories is good.

Be sure you are eating healthy too. Eating vegetable helps. Vegetables take more calories to digest also, and therefor will burn more than eating meat.

The actual hunger reaction is the stomach shrinking . . .
You could eat low calorie , high volume food and be very full feeling , even tho you ingested fewer calories.
If you stopped eating completely , the hunger would usually be gone in 3 - 4 days , as the stomach would shrink to its minimum .
Try to tolerate the hunger for a few days , however , until your stomach reaches minimum . . . unless , you are one of the anorexics that already is sickly in appearance & your family is preparing for your hospital stay as your organs shut down.

i'm no longer a pro by way of any stretch of the mind's eye, yet i comprehend that a 2000-calorie food routine is about ordinary. Now, 1400 is about the position you pick to flow whenever you're weight-reduction plan or searching to shed pounds. the biggest question you pick to ask your self is, "Am I getting all of my foodstuff?" If the reply isn't any, then perchance the shortcoming of energy is a very undesirable way of dropping weight...

yes, because your body is use to a certain amount. Look at it this way, like my trainer said, you know you will lose weight, when you feel a little hungry after eating. Your body will adjust. Just make sure you are eating properly.
