When I'm stressed and what helps me, is to leave the situation I'm in, and go be by myself for awhile.

This is an easy and fast way to relax. Look up, close your eyes, and start breathing slowly... think first and concentrate on you head... imagine as if you are relaxing the skin and scalp as you breath. When you feel it relaxes (untenses), go to you neck and so forth.

The important thing is to feel how you skin, muscles and everything in the area.... relaxes.

Try to divide your body in areas, maybe 7-10 areas... and spent a minimum of 30 seconds in each.

i go in stress alot and only one thing really worked for me. whenever i go in stress i start listening songs or start watching movie. i get relief in seconds.
