Stick to a bland diet and try to include foods you like that fall into this category. Liquids, soups and soft foods are good. Avoid highly spiced or fibrous foods. No alcohol. Eat 4-6 small meals rather than 3 larger ones. Glad to hear you're doing better today. Take it easy and try not to do too much moving around.

FYI: The BRAT diet is for treating diarrhea. Bananas and applesauce are bland enough, but you may wish to avoid the plain, steamed rice and fibrous toast for now.

eat foods that will be easy on your stomach with low amounts of acid and that are more neutral. Stay away from sauces and fruits with high acidity. Try some saltine crackers or a piece of toast first. Drink some water too or a little gatorade but stay way from other juices or soda for now.

I recommend the "BRAT" diet: bananas, rice, applesauce and toast. These food are very easy to digest and help the body normalize again. But first, make sure you can at least keep down water, start with sips every couple of minutes and see how you feel. Finally, if you can't keep anything down but water, make sure you get some electrolyte packets to dissolve in the water so you don't get dehydrated--that can be very dangerous!

Don't eat until you haven't thrown up for a few hours then I would start drinking a bit and slowly add light foods back. Drink ginger ale for upset stomach

Nothing too heavy. Nothing to greasy or acidy either. Maybe a small turkey sandwhich or a health bar (like a cliff or power bar). Toast, soup, eggs, chicken salad with light dressing.

crackers. and 7up. try that. Or just have a little soup. If you feel you cant handle the big stuff, just sip on the soup broth.

I hope you feel better soon.
