I workout 6 days out of 7. I just had one day where I cheated [yesterday], I had like 1800 calories maybe 2000 :( & I burned only 300. I guess it was my cheat day. Other days I have 1200 calories and burn around 500 on the treadmill. I work out for 70 minutes.
I'm 63 inches and 140 pounds.
I'm a vegetarian also.
How long is it going to take?

I don't know about when you'll see results, probably soon as in a month because you are working out a lot and one cheat day is ok.
However you might be OVER WORKING your body because 6 out of 7 days is quiet a lot 5 I think should be the maximum of work out days. Your body needs rest remember that!
I was also 140 (63 in) and in 2 months by working out 3 times a week lost 5 pounds. I also corrected my diet a bit because I ate too much junk!

Well my dad lost allot of weight in a couple months so i would say about a month you should see a little but i would try until you get your results

ur 8 pounds in excess to normal. u r nearing the normal scale-ur expectation yielding results soon
