No offence, but this has got to be the stupidest question EVER asked. Did you know what Jesus went through? Mk. Let me tell ya right now....
Jesus was whipped 39 times-the whip had pieces of glass attached to it and dug into His precious skin and pulled down. Once you were whipped 40 times, you were dead. Okay, still think He's a weakling? There's more....
After doing that, they stuck a crown of THORNS on His head and pushed down HARD. There's even more...
They made him carry His own cross up the hill. After this, Jesus fell after loosing so much blood. A man from the audience carried it for him. More...
They attached Jesus to the cross. They put NAILS through His hands. They made him stretch out His hands so it even hurt more. To His feet, they nailed it through his bone. He hung there-in so much pain. They offered him VINEGAR to drink.

Don't EVER call Jesus a weakling again. He went through the impossibe and hung on that cross for hours. He was brave and died for our sins. I hope you realize how much pain he went through. Rent the Passion of the Christ.

No Jesus was not a weakling any more than you are a weakling for wanting to punch my nose in but restraining yourself from doing so. If you wanted to because I just did something horrible to you and held yourself back....does that act show great strength? yup. Also Christ came to this earth to die on the cross. He came into the world to be a living sacrifice for us. It wasn't the nails that held Jesus to the cross. He could have come down whenever He wanted. It was His love for us that kept Him there. That is amazing strength. The other 2 men on the cross were not scourged, beaten, had their beards pulled out and had a crown of thorns put on their heads. Jesus was said to look so bad, that he didn't resemble a man at all. The other 2 were not beaten...therefore they didn't die as fast.

He was a carpenter. He worked with the tools of the day. He would have been well developed in the muscle department. He would have been no weakling. He did drive all the money changers out of the temple, all by himself. He was strong.

But the others who were crucified with him, were not nailed to the cross. They were tied on with ropes.

He lasted 3 days. A weakling would have only lasted a few hours.

The others crucified with Him did not have to bear the guilt of the sins of the whole world. Jesus was also different in that He was able to know that the debt to Father God had been paid when He(Jesus) did that so Jesus gave up His spirit to death at that time. Jesus was not killed but the other two were. Jesus gave His life to be sacraficed for mankind. The other two did not.

They didn't take the beatings that He took for your diseases and sins. The Bible says, "by His stripes (beatings on back) we are healed." The Roman guards had Jesus almost dead before they put the cross on His back to carry to Calvary.

Let me show you some of His strength:
Before being arrested, the men attempting to arrest Jesus were knocked off their feet all at the same time. And no one touched them. Almost as if the Father said, you can only do this because I am allowing it to be done. Jesus said, I have authority to lay down my life and I have authority to take it up again. John 10:18

Jesus let Himself be crucified on that cross because it was the only way to take away the sins of the world. If Jesus had not have gone to that Cross, we would still be dead in our sins and bound for hell.

It always makes me sad to read such questions about my savior. The other people weren't taunted and shamed like he was. I wouldn't call anyone a weakling that chose to die nailed to a cross when at any moment he could have called a million angels to set him free. The sad part about it is he died for some people that don't appreciate it.

Jesus Christ May peace be upon him, was most certainly not a weakling, these are just tactics to belittle him.

Jesus is NOT dead, God Almighty took his soul away from the brutal forces of his time from the body he was sent in. He will return when God Almighty wills.

He drove out all the sinners in the temple and turned over the tables. Does that sound like a weakling?

It's people who are violent who are weak! Violence is an easy solution! It's takes patience and courage to stand up to wrong doers without loosing your own humanity too in the process and becoming exactly what you are opposing and despise!
People will call Gandhi weak but he crushed an Empire and made it bend to his will and did not resort to violence to do it!
Even if i'm not a christian i've tremendous respect for jesus as a person!
Gandhi said, he'd convert to christianity if christians themselves practiced what they preach to others!
