Lover of Bible Truth,
That indeed is a great question.
When Jesus comments on this Old Testament teaching (Leviticus 19:18) he uses the story of the good Samaritan (Luke 10:30-37) to illustrate and help us understand.
It seems to me the 1st question is to ask "who is my neighbor?' - They could be your physical neighbors, your on-line neighbors, those you work with, those you meet at the store, or those whom you must travel to meet.
For each one, a different response is necessary, for each one has different needs.
You would not seek to feed a rich neighbor, nor would you seek to offer investment strategy to a person who has nothing to eat.

First, forget it's a commandment. You're only doing it to gain brownie points with the big kahuna if you focus on the order to do it.
Second, remember that all of us are equal and no one deserves anything more than anyone else, except that we work for it and engage in cooperative efforts.
Last, be aware of others' struggles. And when you've got some reserve, be willing to share it with those whose reserves have run out.

Your neighbor is whoever is in your face at the moment. Treat him/her the way you would like to be treated. If they have a need, meet it.

Easy, treat them as you would want to be treated. Say hello, babysit if needed, invite over for dinner, and any other nice things you can think of.

Hope you have good neighbors to begin with...if all else fails...stay inside, get a fence or pray harder..if they annoy you.
