who would i get in touch with to complain to about the dentures my mom got. she has had nothing but problems since she got these in october of 06, also she has been told by dr. gilcrease that her temporary ones are actually her permanent ones. they are way to big for her mouth and they have already broke several times. she can't eat , she has sores all over her mouth. what course of action should she take?

Look in the yellow pages under "Dentist" and you should find the American Dental Association. It will actually be your local branch of the ADA. Ask if they have a "Peer Review" committee. Then see if the dentist is a member of the ADA and tell him that you are going to institute a peer review proceeding.

have you discussed the concerns with the doctor that made them? Are these her first ones? I'd ask the person running the front office for a copy of her treatment plan, and for a detailed bill to see what they charge for. Do that before registering a complaint so you have proof in your hand about whats been done. You would need to register the complaint with the State you live in.
