Problem with tabs closing all windows?

When I have opened more than one screen, if I close any one of them it closes all the screens. This is getting very frustrating. Does anyone know how I can reset the computer to close only the one screen I want closed and not all the open screens. Thanks!

Go into tools and click onbrowser options, you can reset from there.
