You need to get a program that allows you to create and modify gif animation files. Such programs are imageready, fireworks, and jascs animation studio. There are prolly free one's, but i don't know what they are.

Step 1: Extend hand. Step 2: Wrap fingers around desired picture. Step 3: Move hand with picture to desired location. Step 4: Release picture. Step 5: Give yourself a pat on the back.

You will need an animation program. I like Animation Shop 3.
