Hi mysoleil,
That is a great question, She is mentioned several times in the Bible.
Here are the references from the New Testament of the Bible:
Matthew 27:56; Matthew 27:61: Matthew 28:1; Mark 15:40; Mark 15:47; Mark 16:1; Mark 16:9; Luke 8:2; Luke 24:10; John 19:25; John 20:11; John 20:18.
You can look up any of these verses on http://www.biblegateway.com/
And you may contact me if you wish to explore the message Mary Magdalene' life has for each of us today.

Mary Magdalene, mentioned several times in The Book, she, I respectfully suspect, .... was the girlfriend of Jesus.

Mary Magdalene was a follower of Jesus. If she had been anything else, the apostles would have told us in Scripture. God inspired Scripture and they wrote it. The believers are the Bride of Christ and Jesus Christ is the Bridegroom. The Bible portrays nothing else. The garbage you read comes from the anti-Christ gnostics who Jesus said would always be with us in Satan's world.

I just went to Amazon and looked at the contents.
Would the Gospel of Mary be what your searching for?
After you read this book , I hope you return to the Holy Bible.

Men did'nt mention women in thier holy writings. They just say, - and "the spirit" walked with him, constantly. Or, no womans tongue, would speak against Him.
